Dispute Resolution Solicitor, 7+ Years PQE, Warwickshire, £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

Overview

Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor seeking a new opportunity? This role is ideal for an ambitious individual passionate about dispute resolution law.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a varied property litigation caseload, including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years PQE in dispute resolution, with experience in property litigation.
