About the Role:

We are looking for a full-time Dispensing Optician Practice Manager to help us continue to provide outstanding patient care whilst driving our services forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.
As the leader of the team, you will have the experience to problem solve different challenges as they arise but also have the direct support of two active, approachable directors.
As well as leadership skills, we are also looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to the bottom of their visual needs.

The way you interact with patients is also very important to us. Providing an approachable, friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must.

(Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for our brand and profession within the local community.)

• We have 1 consulting room

• Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5:00 pm
• Saturday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm – yes, an early finish on a Saturday.
• We close between Christmas and the New Year to allow you to enjoy your time with family.
