Key Duties

Lead and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding customer serviceProvide expert advice on frame and lens choices based on prescriptions and lifestyle needsOversee the accurate fitting and dispensing of eyewearManage store operations including stock control, rotas, and complianceDrive business performance through strong team leadership and commercial awarenessTo work full time or at least 4 days a weekSaturday work is expected (3 in 4 negotiable)No Sundays
