Job summary

Superdrug is hiring for its Melton Mowbray pharmacy team. We welcome qualified Dispensers and applicants with no pharmacy experience who want to start as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. This part-time role offers 16 hours per week across Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with a competitive hourly rate.

You’ll support counter sales, shelf replenishment and customer service while learning on the job and progressing through training. No prior experience required, just enthusiasm for healthcare.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing or equivalent, or willingness to start as Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.
• No prior experience required; passion for healthcare and customer service.
• Able to work in a small team and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Delivering exceptional service across the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
