Job summary

Superdrug Stores is hiring for our pharmacy team in Daventry. We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those starting out as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.

This 16-hour-per-week role covers Saturdays, with opportunities to learn across counter sales, dispensing, and customer service. No experience is required; NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing is preferred, but a passion for healthcare and customer service matters most.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career as a trainee.
• No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services

Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
• Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
• Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
