Job summary

World Courier in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Dispensing Associate (Assistant) to join our pharmacy team. You will assist with prescription preparation, pick/pack/label medications, and help manage stock while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Full training will be provided, with a clear pathway to an Accuracy Checking qualification. This is a full-time role with standard daytime hours and opportunities for career development within the business.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy or dispensing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Experience in a customer service, warehouse, retail, or healthcare environment would be advantageous
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions
