Centaur Services in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Dispensing Associate (Assistant) to join the pharmacy team. The role offers full training and a clear pathway to pursue an Accuracy Checking qualification with supportive training and development.

You will assist with dispensing, stock management, and customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality and working within a structured environment. Full-time hours apply.

Formación

• Previous pharmacy or dispensing experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in a customer service, warehouse, retail, or healthcare environment would be advantageous.
• Full training will be provided.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable.

• Pick, pack, and label medication accurately.
• Help manage stock and replenish products when required.

Dispensing Associate (Assistant)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Work Pattern: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm and Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Flexible working patterns may be considered where required.

Summary of Role

We're looking for a Dispensing Associate (Assistant) to join our pharmacy team in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, has good attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team. While previous pharmacy or dispensing experience would be beneficial, full training will be provided. For the right candidate, there will be the opportunity to progress onto an Accuracy Checking qualification, with full training and support provided, offering a clear pathway for career development within the business.
