Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy or dispensing experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in a customer service, warehouse, retail, or healthcare environment would be advantageous.
• Full training will be provided.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions.
• Pick, pack, and label medication accurately.
• Help manage stock and replenish products when required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure patient information is handled confidentially.
• Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant.
• Provide excellent customer service where required.
