Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy on Coleshill Street in Holywell is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Partner to join our team. You will support branch processes, help deliver pharmacy services, and build strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.

You will need an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or MCA qualification, and experience in a customer-focused environment with confidentiality. We offer ongoing training and a supportive team atmosphere.

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
