As a Dispenser working within one of our stores, you will be a key member of the pharmacy team, supporting the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy and health‑care services. Your role involves building strong relationships with patients by listening and understanding their needs, dispensing prescriptions, ensuring the safe sale of medicines, and providing advice to support patients in making informed decisions about their health and wellness. This role is based in-store within the UK – remote applicants will not be considered.
Working with evolving technologies within the store gives you the opportunity to work with new systems that help develop traditional dispensing processes, improve patient safety, and release your time to spend more with patients.
You will receive regular updates and training to develop your health‑care knowledge, with career development options including training as a Pharmacy Technician or progressing to the store leadership team.
