Job summary

Candidate Ltd in Manchester is seeking a driven Dispatch Planner to own the scheduling and fulfilment process. You will balance production capacity with customer deadlines, weighing timing, capacity and cost to ship cost-effectively.

You will track live orders in warehouse systems, ensure accurate picking and packing, manage warehouse capacity, and collaborate with the Transactions and Reporting teams as well as the US warehouse to keep both sides aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, planning or resourcing.
• Backgrounds in ecommerce, retail fulfilment or related areas welcome.
• Highly organised and detail-focused, and you notice when something doesn’t add up.
• Comfortable using data and systems to make decisions.
• You balance deadlines, capacity and cost and plan ahead.
• You communicate clearly and take ownership without prompting.

Responsibilities

• Own the dispatch schedule and maintain a clear plan everyone can follow.
• Plan around production capacity to meet customer deadlines.
• Evaluate timings, capacity and cost to ship economically.
• Track live orders through warehouse systems to ensure accuracy.
• Manage warehouse capacity so nothing is delayed.
• Coordinate with Transactions/Reporting teams and US warehouse.
