Dispatch Operative Livingston (2 Sites Available)

We are working with a well-established client in Livingston who is looking to add an experienced Dispatch Operative to their team. This role will be based at one of their two Livingston sites, offering long-term stability and development opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and preparing goods for dispatch in line with customer orders.

• Loading/unloading deliveries using a forklift (valid licence preferred).

• Ensuring all paperwork and dispatch records are accurate and up to date.

• Working closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with company procedures.

What We re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics role.

• Valid forklift licence (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork.

• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work at either of the client s Livingston sites as required.
