Job summary

MNB Precision Ltd in Coventry is hiring a Dispatch Operator to join our busy warehouse team. You will pick, pack, check and dispatch customer orders on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This role suits someone who works quickly under pressure, has good IT skills for scanning and warehouse systems, a counterbalance forklift licence, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Permanent, full-time position with 14:00–22:30 hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or dispatch experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to procedures.
• IT skills for scanning or warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Accurately check products against dispatch documents.
• Label and package goods to company standards.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Operate FLT and other warehouse machinery.
• Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse and dispatch area clean, organized and safe.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production and customer service teams to meet deadlines.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dispatch Operative to join our busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, checked and dispatched on time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
