Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the despatch department.
• Prioritise workload to ensure all customer delivery deadlines are met.
• Supervise, support and develop your team to maximise performance.
• Oversee accurate preparation, invoicing and despatch of all customer orders.
• Coordinate subcontract treatment processes and maintain despatch records.
• Respond quickly to changing production and customer priorities.
