About the Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people with disability? As a Client Coach, you’ll play a vital role in providing a positive, empowering, and supportive environment where our clients can grow and thrive. Working with individuals with varying support needs, you’ll help them build independence, achieve their goals, and live fulfilling lives.

We’re looking for experienced and dedicated Support Workers who are ready to go beyond just providing care—this is about creating opportunities, fostering independence, and supporting personal development.

About You

You are compassionate, adaptable, and resilient. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage challenging behaviours while maintaining a calm and person-centred approach.

Your ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, will be key to your success. You’ll receive ongoing guidance and support from your Team Leader and Service Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to make a meaningful impact every day.

We need candidates who are flexible and available for a variety of shifts—including days, nights (active/passive), and weekends.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Support clients in achieving their personal goals and developing life skills.
  • Help manage finances and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Administer medication and assist with medical appointments.
  • Keep detailed case notes and report incidents as required.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with compliance tasks and paperwork.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role.
  • An ability to follow process and instructions.
  • Genuine empathy and passion for supporting people with disability.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • The ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 roster, including passive nights.
