Sanctuary Supported Living in Ketley Park, Telford, TF1 5FJ is seeking a Project Worker to support people with disabilities. The role offers £13.87 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, in a CQC-registered service, with a focus on independence and wellbeing.

You’ll join a compassionate team, delivering one-to-one support, arranging risk assessments, updating plans, and running small group activities. Not-for-profit organisation reinvesting in staff and services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with physical or learning disabilities or high needs.
• Empathetic and able to relate to people with diverse needs.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accurate records.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Responsabilités

• Support customers with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential
• Provide one-to-one support when needed
• Promote safety through risk assessments and regular reviews
• Assess needs and update support plans
• Deliver small group activities to support recovery and wellbeing
