Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Leicester is recruiting a Project Worker for the Sycamore Court disability service. You will support people with disabilities to build independence in a CQCl-registered environment. The role pays £13.87 per hour for 37 hours per week and is based at Sycamore Court, Leicester.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated empathy and ability to relate to people with diverse needs.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting adults with learning or physical disabilities or high needs.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential.
• Provide one-to-one support where needed.
• Promote safety through risk assessments and regular reviews.
• Assess needs and update support plans.
• Deliver small group activities to support recovery and wellbeing.
