Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a WCA Functional assessor in Luton. The successful candidate will review medical history, perform daily functional assessments, and craft precise reports for the Department for Work and Pensions to support WCA decisions.

Salary Progression & Benefits

• 5% one-off bonus upon successful approval
• 10% annual performance bonus, paid quarterly (2.5% per quarter)

Hours: Full time/Part time availability Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (No weekends, evenings or bank holidays)

About the role:

As a functional assessor you will be reviewing medical history, carry out daily functional assessments, critically analysing evidence to create accurate reports for the Department for Work and Pensions forWCA.
