Job summary

Gaia Recruitment is seeking a Functional Assessor – PIP & WCA for Fareham. This full-time, hybrid role blends office and remote work while applying clinical expertise to assess applicants for PIP and Work Capability Assessments.

You will produce clear, evidence-based reports to support decision-making and help people access support. The package includes a £40,000–£51,000 salary plus a 5% approval bonus and a 10% ongoing bonus, paid quarterly.
