Everpool Recruitment is recruiting a Disability Assessor in Bristol with a starting salary of £40,000–£42,000 and hybrid working. A comprehensive 12-week training programme is provided, with a 5% signing bonus and additional performance bonuses based on quality.

The role involves evaluating how health conditions affect daily living and work capability. After training, you will conduct PIP or WCA assessments by phone and in person, compiling reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Qualifications

• Registration with NMC, HCPC or GPhC is required.
• At least 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• Good typing, report-writing and IT skills.

Salary Progression

PIP Pathway

£40,000 → Starting salary

£41,000 → At 6 months upon approval

£42,000 → At 12 months

WCA Pathway

£42,000 → Starting salary

£43,000 → After 12 months

Plus, you can earn 5% upon approval and up to 10% annually based on quality and performance.

• Produce accurate, clear and objective reports for the DWP

No Functional Assessment Experience? No Problem.

You’ll receive a comprehensive 12-week training programme to give you everything you need to succeed, including assessment techniques, DWP guidelines and professional report writing.
