Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a Disability Access Officer to lead accessibility efforts, ensuring all supporters can access services safely and with confidence. The role involves advising on accessible designs and services, and collaborating with external organisations to enhance club accessibility.

On matchdays and events at Villa Park you will provide real time support and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee the right arrangements are in place, travel between sites as needed,

Responsibilities

• Lead the role in ensuring the Club is accessible to everyone – promoting inclusion and removing barriers.
• Advise on the design of accessible services now and in the future.
• Represent the Club and build relationships with external organisations and stakeholders – including leading the Accessibility Network with the Fan Advisory Board and AVDSA meetings.
• Attend matchdays and events to provide real time support and oversee accessibility services for disabled supporters.
