The Education, Early Years and Young People Directorate is looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Directorate Support Officer. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive team committed to providing a high quality service for a range of stakeholders.
The successful candidate will act as an initial point of contact for officers, councillors and members of the public to provide advice and support in relation to the work of the directorate. You will work closely with the Senior Directorate Support Officer to ensure systems and processes are implemented effectively.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
