Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking a Service Support Administrator to join the Corporate Service Support Team, providing administrative support to the Public Protection and Licensing teams. The postholder will help ensure compliance with legislation and deliver excellent customer service to residents, businesses and partner organisations.
The role requires 5 GCSEs including English and Maths, strong IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) and experience with ICT systems such as WCCIS,
Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed.
A full‑time opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Service Support Team. The team provides administrative support to all aspects of the authority, however this role as a Service Support Administrator will primarily be providing administrative support to the Council’s Public Protection and Licensing teams. The postholder will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of services across the Council’s public protection function and obligation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering excellent customer service to residents, businesses and partner organisations.
