Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a Director, XR Implementations (EMEA) to lead end-to-end XR deployments across current and emerging markets. You will own implementation strategy, governance, and client partnerships to ensure on-time delivery and high satisfaction.

Role requires managing complex programs, building scalable playbooks, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations. Travel across EMEA is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional delivery programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive sponsorship skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise software implementations at scale.
• Ability to travel across EMEA when required.
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster Sport XR and API integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end XR implementations across EMEA from init to go-live.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, risks, and resource needs.
• Maintain governance and quality assurance across projects.
• Act as executive sponsor at critical milestones.
• Shape implementation scope, timelines, and delivery approaches for new opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Ensure client adoption of Ticketmaster Sport best practices at launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Integrations and Operations.
