Job summary

Ticketmaster Sport seeks a Director, XR Implementations (EMEA) to lead end-to-end XR deployments across established and emerging markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will collaborate with Product, Client Account Management, Operations, Engineering and Integrations to deliver on-time, high-quality implementations while maintaining exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation strategy for all XR deployments across EMEA.
• Lead complex client implementations from project initiation through to go-live.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, risks and resource requirements.
• Ensure governance and quality assurance across all projects.
