Job summary

Ticketmaster Sport is hiring a Director, XR Implementations (EMEA) to lead end-to-end XR deployments across the EMEA region from inception to go-live. You will collaborate with Product, Client Account Management, Engineering and Operations to deliver high-quality, scalable implementations for major sporting clients in Manchester, Stoke or London.

You will define implementation strategies, governance and playbooks, manage risks and resources, and act as executive sponsor to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Strong project and programme management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation strategy for all XR deployments across EMEA.
• Lead complex client implementations from project initiation through to go-live.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, risks and resource requirements.
• Ensure consistent implementation standards, governance and QA across projects.
• Act as executive sponsor during critical milestones.
• Lead operational readiness for expansion into new countries and territories.
• Identify country-specific operational, regulatory and ticketing requirements.
• Develop scalable implementation playbooks for future market expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and manage expectations.
