Job summary

Isomorphic Labs is seeking an experienced Translational Medicine Director to lead the strategy for oncology programs, reporting to Head of Translational Medicine. You will drive biomarkers, diagnostic development, and AI-enabled translational insights to accelerate clinical proof of concept.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and external CROs, you will shape trial designs across tumor types, ensure timely data delivery, and contribute to regulatory documents while advancing our

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in biology or related field is required.
• 7+ years translational experience in biotech/pharma, including oncology.
• Proven success implementing translational strategy, biomarkers and diagnostics.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a patient, fast-paced mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Translational Medicine strategy across oncology programs and biomarker assays.
• Collaborate with oncology teams to design programs and trials across tumor types.
• Deliver validated assays and diagnostic development for biomarker studies.
• Integrate clinical input early in drug development and translate preclinical insights.
• Work with AI/Computational Biology teams to use innovative analytical tools.
• Contribute to translational sections of INDs, IBs, protocols and manuals.
• Represent translational strategy with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee CROs to ensure timely robust data delivery.
