Job summary

Isomorphic Labs in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Clinical Program Management to lead the transition of internal programs from IND to clinical trial execution. • Experience leading cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with large budgets and complex timelines.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to motivate interdisciplinary teams and vendors to deliver on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own integrated project plans aligning clinical objectives with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and serve as central contact for performance and alignment.
• Lead project team meetings and ensure effective information sharing and documentation.
• Collaborate with preclinical program managers, AI/ML, and data science teams to scale speed and success.
• Oversee external partnerships, CROs, vendors with budgets and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on clinical study execution and portfolio status.
• Proactively identify issues affecting deliverables, timelines and budgets.
