Job summary

Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Director of Clinical Pharmacology to spearhead clinical pharmacology strategies for oncology and non-oncology small molecule programs.

You will report to the Head of Early Development and serve as the single accountable leader for all clinical pharmacology activities, partnering with CROs and cross-functional teams to ensure robust dose optimization and safe, efficacious therapies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical pharmacology strategies for oncology and non-oncology programs.
• Strong collaboration with CROs and global clinical teams.
• Proficiency in PK modeling and exposure‑response analyses.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead clinical pharmacology, bioanalysis, and modeling strategies from Phase 1 through late-stage development.
• Oversee CRO partnerships to ensure high-quality, timely execution of studies.
• Guide dose selection, PK sampling, DDI assessment, and regulatory documentation.
