Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Director in Transaction Services to lead and deliver growth by identifying new transaction banking opportunities, managing relationships with key clients, and collaborating with product teams on digital offerings. You will coach junior team members and drive strategic development of payments sales for corporates.

In this role, you’ll own client pitches, build opportunities, and represent the bank at events while tracking origination activity across the sales ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction banking and payments ecosystem.
• Ability to originate opportunities and lead pitches.
• Strong customer focus with relationship management.
• Knowledge of regulatory agenda in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver growth through dynamic business development and retention targets at multiple levels.
