Job summary

NTT DATA UK & Ireland seeks a Banking Consulting Director to originate and lead transformation engagements in the UK banking market, with a hybrid model in London or Birmingham. The role targets senior C-suite relationships, delivering strategic transformations across payments modernization, regulatory resilience, and responsible data and AI adoption.

You will own relationships end-to-end, drive delivery, and shape multi-year partnerships for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (18+ years) in banking consulting or transformation.
• Proven origination and revenue growth with Tier-1 UK banks, opening relationships and converting into revenue.
• Credibility advising C-suite stakeholders on business and technology transformation.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite executives across various banking segments.
• Originate and convert a pipeline of strategic opportunities and manage end-to-end pursuits.
• Lead delivery governance across a portfolio; ensure outcomes, risk management and commercial performance.
• Develop differentiated banking propositions, methodologies, and AI-enabled banking edge.
• Mentor and develop consulting talent and contribute to practice-building initiatives.
