Job summary

NBCUniversal's Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR) seeks a capable project leader to direct all aspects of attraction development, from planning and design through fabrication, delivery and commissioning, within budget and quality expectations.

You will organize and drive project management efforts, coordinate design decisions, and oversee fabrication, construction, and documentation to ensure on-schedule delivery and seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience coordinating design decisions across multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong focus on budget control, scheduling, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and performance of contractors, vendors, and fabricators.
• Maintain project budget and schedule within target objectives.
• Coordinate creative/architectural development to meet concept and budget.
• Manage design teams and external consultants to deliver the attraction.
• Assist in staffing project team to ensure successful opening.
• Provide project reporting to Sr Director, Projects with accurate documentation.
