Resourcing Associates Limited is seeking a Director/AD to lead a high-profile Technology UK & Europe division. You will drive growth, secure C-suite Tech engagements, and shape the divisional strategy while managing personal billings and BD activity.

You will operate within an established agency with strong client lists and peer support, aiming to build a market-leading practice and recruit top calibre teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Technology recruitment, with success in securing senior level engagements.
• Experience winning C-suite Tech and Transformation business.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client facing situations.
• Experience shaping corporate strategy and sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Grow the technology recruitment business line, including personal billing and BD activity.
• Lead and develop a top-calibre team to execute the growth plan.
