Aztec Financial Services (UK) Limited is seeking a Director of Technology Office & Delivery to oversee the disciplined execution of the technology book of work. You will align delivery to a lean agile operating model, providing evidence-based visibility of delivery, quality, cost and risk to the CTO, ExCo and Board.

• 10+ years experience leading technology delivery, PMO or portfolio management.
• Experience running agile operating models, book of work governance and delivery KPI/OKR frameworks.
• Breadth of knowledge across delivery governance, financial, vendor and SOW management, workforce planning, and SDLC compliance and controls.
• Proven track record of improving delivery predictability, quality and cost through disciplined governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technology book of work end to end, covering intake, prioritisation, quarterly planning, delivery standards and PMO disciplines.
• Oversee execution against the agile operating model and track KPIs, reporting to CTO and ExCo.
• Coordinate budget planning, forecasting and spend visibility; manage vendor performance, SOW standards and renewals.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with risk policies and SDLC controls; support audits.
• Provide leadership routines, KPI/OKR dashboards and ExCo/Board materials.
• Lead workforce planning and policy adoption across the function.
