Aztec is seeking a Director of Technology Office & Delivery to lead the disciplined execution of the technology book of work. You will align execution to a lean agile operating model and provide evidence-based visibility of delivery, quality, cost and risk to the CTO, ExCo and Board.

In this role, you will oversee portfolio governance, financial, vendor and SOW governance, ensure SDLC compliance, and drive improvements in delivery predictability and value realization across pillars.

Competenze

• 10+ years leading technology delivery in complex environments.
• Experience with agile operating models and PMO governance.
• Certifications in delivery frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, PMP, MSP).

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end technology book of work, portfolio governance and PMO disciplines.
• Oversee agile delivery, track KPIs and provide status reporting to CTO and ExCo.
• Coordinate budget, vendor/SOW governance and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC policies and risk controls across portfolio.
• Provide KPI and OKR dashboards and leadership-facing reporting.
