Aztec Group seeks a Director of Technology Office & Delivery to steer the disciplined execution of the technology book of work. You will provide portfolio governance, delivery oversight and business operations management to align with lean agile practices.
The role reports to the CTO and partners with ExCo and the Board for visibility on delivery, cost and risk. You will lead across governance, delivery, risk, finance and vendor management to optimise value and scale technology with the
Formación
- 10+ years of experience leading technology delivery and/or PMO.
- Experience running agile operating models and book-of-work governance.
- Proven track record improving delivery predictability, quality and cost.
Responsabilidades
- Own technology book of work end to end and drive portfolio governance.
- Oversee agile delivery, track KPIs and provide status to CTO and ExCo.
- Coordinate budget planning, forecast spend and manage vendor performance.
- Ensure SDLC compliance and risk controls with clear metrics.
- Run leadership routines, portfolio reviews and ExCo/Board reporting.
