• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structured finance and securitisation.
• Proven track record in leading loan diligence engagements across varied structured finance transactions.
• Strong commercial acumen with client origination and senior stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data tapes and regulatory reporting (e.g., ESMA templates).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all phases of loan portfolio diligence engagements.
• Oversee complex due diligence, re-underwriting, data verification, and AUP testing with quality control.
• Lead engagement scoping, risk assessment, and transaction execution with senior accountability.
• Cultivate and deepen relationships with senior client stakeholders and originate new business.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and grow the team.
• Shape strategic direction and expansion of the Loan Portfolio Diligence practice in the UK and beyond.
• Collaborate with other divisions to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent the firm in industry forums and drive market visibility.
