Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Senior Product leader to own the Stewardship Intelligence portfolio, shaping its strategy, roadmap and evolution. You will align customer and market needs to prioritise features, improve research at scale and maintain trusted, timely data for institutional clients.

In this role you’ll lead Product Management and Research teams, collaborate with Engineering and UX to deliver high-quality Data-as-a-Service experiences, and work with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Customer

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management, Research Operations, Data Products or a related discipline, including experience leading teams and setting strategy for complex products or datasets.
• Mandatory domain experience in stewardship, proxy voting, corporate governance, executive compensation, investor relations or a closely related capital-markets domain, with the credibility to engage institutional investors and corporate issuers.
• Proven track record of delivering B2B SaaS, data or intelligence products from discovery through roadmap execution, launch and ongoing performance improvement.
• Experience leading research or data operations teams responsible for large-scale structured datasets and enterprise-grade quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for the Stewardship Intelligence portfolio.
• Lead, develop and organise Product Management and Research teams with emphasis on AI integration.
• Improve dataset coverage, methodology, quality, traceability and timeliness with automation and AI where appropriate.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to define and launch data-as-a-service capabilities.
• Understand institutional asset managers and governance professionals to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on positioning, packaging, launch readiness and adoption.
