Job summary

Diligent is seeking a senior leader to drive Stewardship Intelligence within Diligent Market Intelligence. You will own the strategy, roadmap and evolution of a core data product used by institutional asset managers and governance professionals.

You will lead Product Management and Research, with a focus on AI-enabled improvements, data quality and scalable research processes. Collaboration with Engineering, UX, Commercial and Sales will be essential.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Product Management and Research Operations.
Experience leading teams and setting strategy for complex data products.
Domain experience in stewardship, proxy voting or corporate governance is required.
Proven track record delivering B2B SaaS or data products at scale.

Responsibilities

Own and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Stewardship Intelligence.
Lead Product Management and Research teams, enabling AI-enabled improvements.
Improve dataset coverage, quality, and timeliness with automation and governance.
Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver Data-as-a-Service capabilities.
Understand institutional client needs and guide decisions with research and data.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on positioning and adoption.
