Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a leader to drive Stewardship Intelligence, a core data product for Market Intelligence. You will shape strategy, roadmaps and the evolution of the product while guiding PM and Research teams.

You will ensure high-quality datasets, AI-enabled improvements, and strong collaboration with Engineering, UX, Commercial, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver trusted insights for institutional investors and corporate issuers.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Product Management, Research Operations or Data Products, including leading teams and setting strategy for complex products or datasets.
  • Mandatory domain experience in stewardship, proxy voting, corporate governance, executive compensation or investor relations within capital-markets.
  • Proven track record delivering B2B SaaS, data or intelligence products from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Experience leading research or data-operations teams responsible for large-scale structured datasets and enterprise-grade quality.
  • Track record of improving manual processes through operating-model redesign, automation or AI while maintaining quality and control.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical judgement and stakeholder-management skills across Product, Engineering, UX, Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for Stewardship Intelligence, covering meeting, executive compensation, governance and proxy-voting intelligence.
  • Lead, develop and organise the Product Management and Research teams with clear priorities and accountability.
  • Improve dataset coverage, methodology, quality, traceability and timeliness using process redesign, automation and AI-enabled approaches.
  • Partner with Engineering and UX to define, build and launch high-quality product experiences and Data-as-a-Service capabilities.
  • Develop deep understanding of institutional asset managers and governance professionals to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to support positioning, packaging and adoption.

Reporting to the VP, Product for the company Market Intelligence, you will lead the strategy,roadmapand evolution of Stewardship Intelligence—one of DMI’s core data products. Stewardship Intelligence providesmeeting, executive compensation, corporate governance and proxy-voting intelligence to institutional asset managers, stewardship and governance professionals, compensation advisers and consultants, and corporateissuers.

You will lead both Product Management and Research. This is a domain-led role: substantial experience in stewardship, proxy voting, corporate governance, executive compensation, investorrelationsor a closely related capital-marketsdomain isrequired. You will translate customer and market needs into clear product priorities, improve how research is performed at scale, and ensure that Stewardship Intelligenceremainstrusted,timelyand valuable to its users.

  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to support product positioning, packaging, launch readiness,adoptionand ongoing customer value.

  • Significant experiencein Product Management, Research Operations, Data Products or a related discipline, including experience leading teams and setting strategy for complex products or datasets.
  • Mandatory domain experience in stewardship, proxy voting, corporate governance, executive compensation, investorrelationsor a closely related capital-markets domain, with the credibility to engage institutional investors, compensation advisers, governanceprofessionalsand corporate issuers. Candidates without substantial relevant domain experience will not be considered.
  • Demonstrated success owning and delivering B2B SaaS, data or intelligence products from customer discovery and strategy through roadmap execution,launchand ongoing performance improvement.
  • Proven experience leading research or data operations teams responsible for large-scale structured datasets and enterprise-grade quality standards.
  • A track recordof improving manual, people-intensive processes through operating-model redesign, automation or AI whilemaintainingquality,controland team engagement.
  • Exceptional communication, analyticaljudgementand stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively across Product, Engineering, UX, Commercial, Marketing,Salesand Customer Success.

  • Hands-on experience applying LLMs, machine learning or intelligent automation to regulatory filings and other unstructured documents.

  • Experience in or working closely with organisationscomparable market-intelligence providers.
