Job summary

AstraZeneca Macclesfield seeks a Director – SHE People, Workplace & Capital to lead the integrated SHE pillar for the campus. You will own the industrial hygiene programme, occupational health and wellbeing, and regulator-facing environmental compliance across the capital portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in occupational health, industrial hygiene, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• Significant SHE leadership at regulated industrial sites.
• Leadership of multi-discipline SHE teams including OH, industrial hygiene, and capital project SHE.
• CDM 2015 Principal Designer or Principal Contractor experience at portfolio scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the Campus industrial hygiene programme and exposure monitoring strategy.
• Govern regulator-facing environmental and chemical compliance estate.
• Lead a team of 4 SME/Lead roles with objectives and succession plans.
• Sponsor the deployment of AI-driven compliance dashboards and workflows.
