Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/qualification in fire engineering, emergency management, or related field.
• Experience in emergency management and fire safety at major sites.
• Line-management and matrix leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Campus SHE Advisor community and drive cross-departmental safety practices.
• Oversee investigations of near-misses, incidents, accidents including RCA/CAPA.
• Coordinate emergency response planning, training design, and cross-portfolio safety communications.
• Manage life‑saving rules, critical controls, and compliance with safety standards.
