GSK is seeking a Director, ServiceNow Business Services, Risk & Security Product Manager to lead a group of related products within the ServiceNow Platform & Enterprise Tools domain. You will translate strategic goals into roadmaps, coach Product Owners, and drive adoption of risk, security, and compliance controls across the portfolio.

You will partner with stakeholders to prioritise delivery, ensure high-quality releases, and promote agile practices to maximise business value while fostering

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Industry certifications highly desirable (e.g. Agile Methodologies, CPM)
• Extensive experience overseeing end-to-end product delivery and value realization

Responsabilidades

• Translate functional strategies into actionable roadmaps and priorities across related Risk & Security products
• Provide direction and coaching to Product Owners, refining requirements and prioritising backlogs
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities
• Oversee delivery to ensure quality, usability, and supportability of features
• Promote agile delivery practices (e.g. SAFe, Scrum) and cross-functional collaboration
• Champion user-centred improvements, process optimisation and automation opportunities
• Ensure risk, security, and compliance management across the product group
• Support Solution Architects in shaping cross-product solutions
• Track KPIs and drive continuous value delivery
