Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Extensive experience overseeing end-to-end product delivery and multi-team leadership.
• Proven track record in defining and executing valuable ServiceNow-based strategies.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies into actionable roadmaps and delivery priorities for a group of Risk & Security Products.
• Coach Product Owners, define requirements, build robust business cases, and manage backlogs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover pain points and shape technology-enabled improvements.
• Oversee delivery quality, usability, stability, and supportability of features.
• Promote agile delivery practices and ensure transparent prioritization and collaboration.
