Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Director, Technology Risk & Compliance - Enterprise Systems to set direction for the capability across the organisation. You will lead a diverse team responsible for cyber risk and compliance across core enterprise systems including SAP, Workday and Salesforce.

You will partner with the Cyber Security Office and business leaders to translate strategy into action, manage budgets and vendor portfolios, and ensure readiness for audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Degree or related experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in cyber risk governance and technology risk.
• Senior leadership with global teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year strategy for Technology Risk & Compliance - Enterprise Systems.
• Lead a global organisation; own capability plan and budget.
• Own cyber risk and compliance relationships for enterprise systems (Finance, HR).
• Collaborate with CISO, auditors and regulators; govern risk across the area.
