EY Studio+ UK in Manchester is seeking a Director of Service & Operations to lead and scale service innovation for UK clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, own large programmes, influence senior client stakeholders and act as a visible ambassador for EY Studio+ in the market.

This role combines strategic clarity with hands-on delivery, guiding customer experience transformation, platform-enabled services, and operating model design at scale.

Qualificações

• Demonstrate a track record delivering customer service and/or operational transformation in complex environments.
• Lead large, multi-workstream programmes with strong client outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite, and drive adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Experience with regulated industries (e.g., utilities) and enterprise-scale change.
• Strong commercial track record, including growing revenue and winning work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee large, complex, multi-workstream customer service transformation programmes, ensuring alignment to client outcomes and EY quality standards.
• Own senior client relationships, shaping transformation agendas and building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Set direction for product-enabled and platform-aligned delivery, ensuring scalable, integrated and future-ready solutions.
• Oversee delivery teams with risk management and stakeholder communication across multiple levels.
• Ensure work is implementable, scalable, and commercially viable.”
