Job summary

Life Sciences Recruitment is partnering with a long‑standing client to build out their European Sales team with two key Sales Strategy roles focused on laboratory capital equipment for Pharma and Biotech.

You will own the division's strategy, pricing, and deal structure while managing the full sales cycle across Europe and overseeing P&L for the Life Sciences unit.

Remote in the UK or Europe, with travel as needed to cover major markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
• 8+ years selling capital equipment in Life Sciences.
• Proven track record building and executing a sales strategy.
• Lab background is preferred.
• Proven book of business and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the sales strategy for laboratory equipment in Europe.
• Manage and close sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
• Own and manage the P&L for Life Sciences division.

Excited to share that LSR is working with a longstanding client to help build out their European Sales team with two key Sales Strategy hires.

We'd be looking for someone well-versed in creating, leading and owning the division's business strategy. This includes the pricing and structure of deals for targeted customers and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to deal completion in Europe. This would be for their lab division, with a strong focus on selling capital equipment to Pharma & Biotech.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and own the sales strategy for the laboratory equipment portfolio in Europe.
• Prospect, manage and close sales cycles from start to finish for the laboratory equipment product line.
• Own and manage the P&L for the Life Sciences division.
• Identify qualified leads and target sales opportunities.
• Deliver presentations to key stakeholders.
• Drive the business growth for laboratory equipment in Europe.
• Share and gain market insights for European markets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hold a degree in Life Sciences.
• 8+ years of Life Science Sales experience. Selling Capital Equipment.
• Proven track record developing a sales strategy.
• Lab background is ideal.
• Proven book of business and P&L experience.

Must be remote in the UK or Europe.
