The Director of Sales, Europe for the Aerospace, Defense, and Marine BU will partner with the AD&M VP of Global Sales and Marketing to drive the Go-to-Market growth strategy for the business and drive revenue in Europe, with the goal of outpacing market growth.
This leader will be responsible for driving direct and indirect sales with a primary focus on market share growth across the product portfolio within our customer base and will lead a team of account and sales managers dedicated to growing the business and delivering an extraordinary customer experience. The leader must possess a keen understanding of the Aerospace & Defense industry, the customer base, electronic distribution, and the competitive landscape.
