About the Role:We are seeking a sharp, proactiveExecutive Assistant to the Directorto providestrategic, operational, and project-based supportacross a dynamic hospitality business and a private property portfolio. This is a6-month fixed-term role, ideal for someone commercially minded, highly organised, and ready to work side-by-side with a hands-on Director.
This is not a traditional PA role , it's ahybrid between business strategy, operations support, and project coordination, offering real influence over how the business is run and scaled.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Director toplan, evaluate, and deliver strategic projectsfocused on business growth, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Support and lead the implementation of new systems and workflows across the hospitality business.
- Monitor business KPIs and help track progress toward ambitious revenue goals.
- Prepare reports, research, and operational plans to support decision-making.
- Manage select operational aspects of the business, ensuring smooth execution of key tasks and processes.
- Assist in themanagement of the Director’s personal property portfolio, including coordinating maintenance, handling scheduling, and liaising with contractors or service providers.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and suppliers on behalf of the Director, ensuring momentum and accountability.
- Help ensure follow through and structure across all areas of the Director’s workload and priorities.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:- Proven experience as anExecutive Assistant,Business Operations Manager, or similar strategic support role.
- A commercial, structured approach to operations, planning, and execution.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working in or withhospitality or property sectors.
- A confident, adaptable working style , comfortable in fast-moving, owner led environments.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and problem solving skills.
