Who we are…

Accommodation London is a privately owned company which has been operating in North West London for the last 25 years providing quality holiday accommodation.

We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our small close-knit accounts team. The job is office based due to the nature of the work and structure of our office.

The Role…

  • Provide general administrative support to the accounts department
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and organisation of information
  • Assist with expense tracking
  • Input data on Excel
  • Assist the Finance Manager & Director’s PA with any ad hoc dutiesto help the running and operation of the company.

What you will need to succeed…

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly
